Under the supervision of our Wine Director Pedro Goncalves, our sommeliers are ready and eager to recommend the perfect accompaniment for your dining experience. Our deep wine list includes more than 950 selections spanning over 130 regions of the world, with 80 grape varietals, including 30 rotating wines by the glass, and an array of flavor profiles to reflect our globally inspired menu. Wine Spectator honored our wine list with the Best of Award of Excellence in 2012.
Working closely with Executive Chef Ben Pollinger, we design innovative and seductive pairings daily to please every palate and price point. We offer a unique breadth of selections beyond the traditional skew towards fine whites and reds that complement seafood; we also include a deep list of robust reds to balance our meat dishes.
Each label is curated with a reverence for established European masters and an intuitive appreciation for burgeoning winemakers. Our list includes outstanding vintages of first growth Red Bordeaux and Burgundy as well as a vast selection of Pinots and Cabernets from across the USA. For special occasions, we present the most luxurious tete du cuvee Champagnes and enchanting Sauternes.
Our world-class collection is displayed in the aptly named Wine Room, in a floor-to-ceiling glass cooler that serves as a dramatic backdrop for private dining events for up to 18 guests.
The artisanal beers on our menu are selected with the same passion for flavor, craftsmanship, and tradition; they include eight varieties on tap and 16 bottled varieties from as near as Brooklyn and as far as Belgium. And when the experience calls for cocktails, consider one of the dazzling signature concoctions fashioned by our resident mixologists.
